At the top left of your course, you can access the Table of Contents for your book. Click on it to view the chapters in your textbook.

The Table of Contents is available at the top left corner of your course. Click the Table of Contents to expand the chapter list.

After clicking Table of Contents, the menu expands to the full chapter list of the course.

 

You can access the Activity Library at the top of the chapter list. This link is a shortcut to view all multimedia activities within your course.

The Activity Library is available at the top of the chapter list in the Table of Contents. Clicking this link takes a student to the full collection of multimedia activities in the course.

Clicking on any chapter shows the list of all sections and assignments in that chapter. Activities are not included in the list. You can use the Back button at the top to return to the chapter list.

Expand a chapter in the Table of Contents by clicking on the chapter name. All sections and activities for that chapter are listed. Click "Back" at the top of the list to return to the chapter list.

You can track your location within the textbook with the location indicator.

Once the Table of Contents is expanded to a chapter's contents, a location indicator marks the present location within the course.

 

Any content that is not assigned by your instructor appears in grey. You can still access this content, but any Knowledge Checks or other assignments you complete are for your own reference. Your instructor will not see the results.

If the instructor elects not to assign a part of the textbook, that material is greyed out in the Table of Contents.
