What do I do to resolve the Canvas error "{"errors":[{"message":"The specified resource does not exist."}]}"?



Solution

When testing the tool configuration in Canvas, you may see this error:

 

{"errors":[{"message":"The specified resource does not exist."}]}

 

To resolve this error, send your Developer Key Client ID to your Sage Technical Implementation Specialist. This Client ID is created when you complete the tool configuration in Canvas. It is needed by Sage to complete the tool configuration on the vantage side of things.

 

The Client ID is an eighteen-digit number that can be found under the Details column for the developer key.
