How do I resolve the Error 400 – BadRequest with the message that I don't have a valid account when I test the tool configuration? |
Solution
Once you complete the LTI tool configuration in your LMS, you can test the configuration by going into a course and to add the tool. As an administrator you will see an "Error: 400 – BadRequest" message informing you that your email address does not match an existing account in Sage Vantage. Sage Vantage only recognizes instructor and student accounts, so this error tells you that the tool is working correctly.

If you wish to test as an instructor, your Sage Technical Implementation Specialist can change the permissions on your account for you. |
